We had a surprise issue come up right before we were about to leave on vacation. They were able to get it in and took care of our car and honestly us. It felt like it was their own vacation they were trying to save. This crew is incredible. We are so grateful.

First time going to Deakins. They were very helpful and informative during the process. I was never wondering what they were doing, because they kept me up to date the entire time. Prices were decent, and staff was awesome! Will be using Deakins for all our auto care going forward!

Very friendly employees, told me everything that needs to be done and emailed me information with problems and cost. I would recommend this facility to anyone. One thing I would recommend, if a person has the work done there drop the diagnostic charge.

Steering column problem. Employees were very helpful and smiling, able to answer my questions. Kept me informed of my appointment and update on progress of repairs via tx. Mechanic called me and explained what he was able to fix and what couldn't so we both agreed. They drove me home and that was a big plus. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs repairs.
