I like that they are not trying to get me to do unecessary work done. I tried a newer place in town before I went to Deakins and they had a laundry list of things to. Deakins told me I had plenty of time befor it needed to be done.

The staff is friendly and professional. The service was well done, I was given a text of the work order with all the totals. I was given choices and recommendations. I was impressed with the overall experience.

Over the years, I have used many automotive repair establishments. However, Deakins appeared to be the right location for this event. This specific repair turned out to be more problematic than most. No new parts exist, so the office staff thought they had found a used part as per the person selling it but upon arrival it was incorrect. They tried 2 more times before success arrived. They were persistent and informative throughout. The part was replaced by the mechanic staff and it works great. Imo, price matters, service matters, but the type of people you are dealing with matters as well. Thank you for getting it done!

I have been going to Deakins since 2002, before they moved to Lebanon. We have had a lot of experiences and they are like family. They have protected my vehicles and me from major troubles. If I ever needed advice they were there for my family.

They always take could care of my car. They also let me know if anything needs to be repaired. The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful.
