Spoke with deakins about having my vehicle worked on before fall break and the front office communicated that they would work on the vehicle. Upon approaching end of break, I called in to communicate delivery of the vehicle and they decided to change their minds last minute. DO NOT do business with a shop that goes back on their word to customers/potential customers.
I am sorry if you miss understood the first time you called. I was asked about the vehicle the first time and I declined to work on it then and yesterday. When it comes to vintage or custom vehicles I have put very tight boundries on what we will do. Based on a review of the phone call yesterday, and the way you spoke to and treated my female employee, we would not work with you regardless.
