Deakins always goes above and beyond to make sure that every part of our car is working as it should. We feel the technicians there are experienced and really care about giving the best service possible. The office staff makes you feel like family.

Consistently great service. Specifics of the car’s issue explained clearly, and we were even invited back into the shop to look at the underside of the car.

Spoke with deakins about having my vehicle worked on before fall break and the front office communicated that they would work on the vehicle. Upon approaching end of break, I called in to communicate delivery of the vehicle and they decided to change their minds last minute. DO NOT do business with a shop that goes back on their word to customers/potential customers.

Fast, friendly service and they even picked up my truck and dropped it back off at my place of employment. Excellent customer service!

I took my vehicle in thinking I had a certain issue and after Andy took a look at it, it turned out to be something totally different. He took the time to explain to me what the issue was and he also took extra time keeping my car to make sure everything was ok and did a few other things. Its really nice place they have really nice staff there they even have refreshments why you wait for your car to get fixed the technician that check my car out really very nice veey knowledgeable what was going on with my vehicle hes was very nice and respectful and had my car done in no time very quickly

Deakins is the only place I will ever go for repairs not under dealership warranty. They are honest, fair and do great work.

The side window of my daughters car stopped working. It wouldnt roll up after several failed attempts. We called Deakins and they got the car in the same day. They determined it was covered under an extended warranty and did all the work necessary with the warranty company to get it handled for a quick repair! I could not be more happy with the professionalism and service provided. Thank you Deakins!!!
