We were in town from TN for the day for business when our alternator stopped working. I stopped in the shop at noon on a Friday needing an emergency fix so we could drive home. They had us done by 4:30. They also drove me to go get my husband from a job site across town. And they played movies on Disney+, had great free snacks, and a clean/comfy bathroom. Cars been driving great ever since. Thankful we weren’t stuck all weekend out of state.

I'll be back here in the future whenever needed. The whole Deakins crew are helpful, thorough, and they truly care about safety and making sure things are properly done. Paying for an oil change and safety inspection ended up costing less than previously quoted which was a blessing. For the inspection, our car is making noise and they took extra time out of their day to get me in and try to locate the noise. Our vehicle is proving difficult but I was given suggestions on what to do and then we'd continue from there if noises persist. Thank you, guys!

Very friendly and thoughtful, had some wiring problems that got taken care of, came back a day after picking up my vehicle with a different reason and they checked everything out free of charge, left very pleased.
