If I could give Deakins a thousand stars out of five I absolutely would. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! I am forever grateful for your shop & family, you guys have no idea how much your kindness and compassion is appreciated. I can’t speak about Deakins staff & services highly enough! We were traveling with our dogs on a “cross country” 1400 mile (one way) road trip, when we noticed our a/c wasn’t blowing cold air. Fine for us humans, we can live without but our pups definitely needed cooler air, especially our senior dog. We spent multiple hours calling different shops while on the road, with no luck of anyone being able to see us and doing what we could to figure out the problem, then we were recommended to Deakins! (Shout out to the guy at Walmart for the recommendation!!). We called them, let them know what was going on, and despite them closing in a half hour told us to head over quick so they could take a peak at it to make sure nothing was too dangerous for us to continue on our way. They went above and beyond just looking at our vehicle, and provided us with services with less than a half hour til closing. They were able to provide ease of mind that we could keep going on our road trip and were able to tell us what wasn’t wrong after some tests, and what was going on with it. They were so so kind, personable, helpful, generous & explained stuff to us in a manner we could understand too- I could go on forever with great things to say about the staff and shop. If we were close by, we’d definitely have found a new mechanic/shop (unfortunately we live out of state!). I can however say I’d trust these guys a million times over with my vehicle. I can’t speak highly enough about how amazing they were for squeezing us in, and how helpful they were as well as providing ease of mind (something I really really needed!!). Thank you a million and one times over Deakins!!

My oil change notification came on last week. I was off work Tuesday so I text deakins to see if I could get an oil change done on my Infinity . I got a reply back right away. They had several times I could choose from that day. I chose a time and had my oil change done. They are polite, kind. and do a good job. If there is something else that needs attention they will let you know. I appreciate the care they give to their customers the vehicles that they work on. Thank you very much.
