Amazing customer service! Quick response to getting into shop even for first time customer. Our college son’s vehicle broke down and I live 2 1/2 hours away. Deakins kept communication with me and were very honest and trustworthy with the service they provided. Highly recommend this shop as customer service and friendliness of staff is top notch. The staff was very nice. They gave me a detailed report on the health of my car including pics. I love that! They have reasonable prices and outstanding service.
They were able to get me in quickly and communicated with me along the repair. I will definitely take my vehicles there in the future.
